Thank you for supporting Montana Dress Co. We appreciate you choosing us for your business.
All orders may be shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shipping will be at the discretion of Montana Dress Co. Shipping within the continental United Staes will be charged a Flat Rate ($9.95). Online orders can only be shipped to the United States. For those that would like their order shipped outside of the United States may email or call Montana Dress Co to place their order and provide their shipping address. The order will be packaged and weighed, an invoice will be emailed to the customer for approval and will be given a link for payment. Shipping charges will vary according to weight, dimensions and address.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email. Once the package leaves Montana Dress Co the company will not be responsible for missing or damaged merchandise. Claims to the carrier will be the responsibility of the recipient.
All formal dress sales are final. Casual merchandise; including jeans, shoes, socks, jewelry, gift items, handbags, and other, may be returned to Montana Dress Co for exchange of same item in a different size, or for store credit. Items returned are the responsibility of the receiver. Items must be clean, pet free, smoke free, unworn with tags still attached. Shoes must include the original box and packaging. All returns must be preauthorized before shipping back to Montana Dress Co. Preauthorization’s can be done via email or telephone. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to Montana Dress Co.
